Goodman Gas Furnace No Flame

Okay i have a goodman nat gas furnace gmh95 with tempstar heat pump.

The flame sensor monitors the burner to detect whether or not a flame is present. Integrated control module diagnostic led is flashing one 1 flash. I go to the flame rollout switch and see it was removed by the previous owner. Loss of flame after establishment.
